Ok, I really don’t know any of these people. But I do know the great people in this post.

I love it when I hear about friends that have started to blog. Since social media and blogging are all about sharing and connecting, I thought I would share them with you. Connect if you dare!

Jay Grandin dot com – Jay is one part of the creative genious that is Giant Ant Media. His blog reflects his absurd and often tasteful humor in many ways. Jay is a designer, video maker and nude shower scene star (f.f. to 1:35). Check out Jay Grandin dot com and prepare to be entertained.

Here’s a funny one – Lists That Aren’t Interesting

Houston You Are the Problem – Kelly is a dear friend and an amazing writer. She’s a “future communications guru” that loves to share her stories. Kelly focuses on her take on life in Vancouver with a special flare that, once you meet her, you’ll say is uniquely Kelly. Check out Houston You Are the Problem here.

Shaved Orange – Naseam is a new music maven, far too cool for me. Luckily she still lets me hang out with her occasionally. Her blog focuses on music that’s so good it’s not popular (cause if it’s popular it’s not cool right Nas?) I’m still trying to figure it all out. Either way she’s led me to some AMAZING music. Well worth the read, check out Shaved Orange

Check out her top tracks of 2008 – Without the “Hip” it’d just be “Hop”

Seeking Balance – Michelle is the competition, well not really, we work competing different mountains. We agree on most everything else. She writes about life, marketing and social media, bringing a great perspective to her area of expertise. “I am trying to find a balance in my life between work and play, family and friends, dreams and responsibilities.” she writes. Check out Michell Evans here.

Some great pointers from Michelle – A Word About Logo’s and File Types

  • Thanks Jess for the compliment. My blog is only a way of amusing myself. I don't put much thought into it, I sit down and it comes out.
