While the folks in the above post use them to make fun of their neighbors, your business Wifi network can be used to drive traffic to your web page or retail outlet.
More and more people are using Wifi enabled mobile phones, heck even your neighbours look at their list of available networks.
So instead of naming your Wifi network “Linksys99″ name it your web address. Our network at Giant Ant Media looks like this:
Without a doubt it has resulted in traffic to our website, and at least one more person who knows about Giant Ant.
