Google Search Meets Twitter Spam in Real Time Search Game Changer

real time search with google

Google has just launched Real Time search, and it’s causing excitement, concern and plain old anger.

Sugarae of Outspoken Media, a Internet Marketing Company and SEO Firm, explored the new service and has pointed out a few BIG problems with  the feature, including one that challenges the safety of young children.

Real time search pulls real time data (like tweets) and displays them in a prominent position on the Google home page. Google will be rolling out the service over the next couple of days, @sugarae has shared some great screenshots with us.

See if you can pick out the game changing differences and why some people are going to be hopping mad, below.

Did they post these comments themselves to point out a flaw in the system or were they already floating around out there? I think I would sleep better at night if it was the former.

    Ha! It was the former.

@sugarrae is a SEO expert. The original post she wrote talks about how her
and a few colleagues were testing out how to use the new feature for their
    clients benefit.

You're safe Jon, just stay off the personals section of Craigslist.
