Dominoes has used Youtube to admit their Pizza Sucks and to show what they’re doing about it

It’s an interesting approach for a company to take. To admit that enough people hate their product that it has caused them to change their recipe, is no small move.

No doubt the company’s run in with Youtube earlier this year, see Dominoes Gross Out below , has had an impact on how and what they communicate about their Brand.

The question is, do people believe them? By the looks of the comments, not all do.
