Don’t drink and tweet. Especially if you’re driving drunk at the time.
Late night New Years Eve, pint sized rapper (Lil’) Bow Wow sent out a string of tweets, announcing that he was piloting his Lamborghini in a state of intoxication:
Bow Wow deleted the posts, but not before they were passed along to Gawker and other gossip blogs. Bow Wow later tweeted this official apology:
The lesson? If you are a high-profile musician with 300,000 Twitter followers (or anyone, really), don’t use Twitter to tell the world that you’re in the middle of committing a crime.
