Joe Soloman of engagejoe.com is speaking tonight for the June edition of Third Tuesday, at the Network Hub. Since I’m a huge fan of using social media for good I wanted to share a few links so you can see the diverse uses of it, especially here in Vancouver.
Joe and a handful of others have been frantically updating the Social Media 4 Change Wiki that has been created for the event, have a peek, it has a lot of great examples.

Joe also organizes Net Tuesdays here in Vancouver. I made it out to the last event, which was pretty eye opening. There are a lot of socially conscious media types here in Vancouver, something that I think we should all be proud of.
The next Net Tuesday event will be July 8th, titled “Podcasting for Change” featuring Happy Frog’s Dave Olson.
